Accessing a Customer's Organisation

Learn how to manage organisations and request time-based access to customer accounts in Invisible Hub. Step-by-step guide for resellers.

Step 1
Click on your user in the bottom left of the platform to open up options.

Step 2
Click "Manage Organisations" to view your organisation and your customers.

Step 3
Identify your own Organisation. This will be marked in blue and labelled as a 'Reseller'. This is because you sell ISL products and manage your own customers.

Step 4
Identify your customers. Your customers will be marked as green, with a 'Customer' label.

Step 5
For any organisation that is not your own, you'll need to 'request access' to their organisation. This is to ensure the security of their data and is best practice.

Step 6
Click "Get Access" to set time-based access for this customer.

Step 7
Choose the role you need whilst in the customer org from the Role dropdown.

Step 8
Select the amount of time you need access for from the Duration dropdown. Your access will be revoked once this time expires.

Step 9
Enter a reason for accessing the org in the Reason field. This will be stored in the user trail so there's a clear record of access.

Step 10
Click "Get Access" to submit your request.

Step 11
You can then head into the customer org, or remain where you are, using the "Go to Customer" or "Stay Here" buttons.
