All of my sensors have gone offline
All of your sensors and readings have gone offline around the same time.
Check the Status Page
Before troubleshooting, visit our Status Page to see if there are any planned maintenance or unplanned outages affecting your sensors.
Verify Gateway Status
If no issues are reported on the Status Page, proceed with the following steps:

Ensure the Gateway Is Powered On: Check that your gateway is securely plugged in and that indicator lights are visible.

Confirm Indicator Lights:
- The lights on the gateway are typically green and may blink to show activity.
- If all lights are off, inspect the power connections and try a different power socket if possible.

Restart the Gateway:
- Turn off the gateway and leave it powered down for at least 10 minutes.
- Power it back on and wait a few minutes until all indicator lights are active.
Check the Live Portal for Data Updates
- Log in to the Live Portal to verify if data is being received.
- Note: It can take up to 10 minutes for data to appear on the portal after a gateway reboot.
