Creating Organisations

A step-by-step guide on how to create and manage Organisations in Invisible Hub.

 

How to Create an Organisation

Step 1
Access Organisation Management by going to your account in the bottom left hand corner of the screen and selecting 'Manage Organisations'.

Step 2
View your Organisations. Here you can see your organisation and the ones you manage. The parent organisation is tagged as 'Reseller', and child organisations are tagged as 'Customer'. Each card shows a high level summary of users, locations, assets, inventory items and activity within that organisation.

Step 3
Create a new Organisation by clicking "Create Organisation" to add a new customer organisation.

Step 4
Fill in the Organisation details by completing the following fields:

  • Organisation Name – Enter the name of the new organisation
  • Logo (optional) – Click "Upload File" to add a logo

Step 5
Confirm creation Click "Create Organisation". You will receive a success message when complete.

 

Tip: Edit an Organisation at any time by clicking the edit icon on any organisation card (the pencil icon). You can amend the organisation name and logo, then click "Update Organisation" to save your changes.
