How do I reset my password?
This guide will take you through the steps of resetting your password in Live by Invisible Systems. You may need to do this if you have forgotten your password or wish to change it for security reasons.
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself in a few steps.
Step 1: Go to the login page
Go to the Live portal and click "Forgot password?" underneath the password box.
Step 2: Enter your details
Enter your username and email address, then submit the form.
Step 3: Check your email
You'll receive an email containing a reset link. Click the link in the email.
Step 4: Set your new password
Enter your new password and confirm it. You can then log in as normal.
