How do I use the Conditions Summary Report?

The Conditions Summary page displays information for temperature-monitoring sensors, including their current status and any alarms or warnings that have been triggered. This guide will give you a better understanding of the Conditions Summary page.

The Conditions Summary gives you a quick overview of all your temperature-monitoring sensors, including their current status and any active alarms or warnings.

Step 1: Go to Conditions Summary

Click "Dashboards" in the side menu, then select "Conditions Summary" from the list.

Step 2: Read the overview

At the top of the page you'll see a line graph showing sensor trends over the past 24 hours. Hover over any line to see that sensor's status at a given time.

Below the graph is a summary tile showing how many sensors are currently in each of these states: Offline (blue), Alarm (red), Warning (yellow), and Okay (green).

Below that is a table showing your first five sensors. Any sensors that are offline, in alarm, or showing a warning will be pushed to the top of the list so they're easy to spot. Healthy sensors are shown in alphabetical order.

In the bottom left of the page you'll see a Sensor Collection report - a heat map showing readings for your first five sensors. Click "Full report" to see a complete breakdown for all sensors and adjust the reading times.

In the bottom right you'll see a Notifications table listing any alarms that need to be acknowledged.

Step 3: View a specific sensor

Click on any sensor in the table to see its detailed graph. This shows readings from midnight to now, with lines marking the minimum and maximum thresholds. Hover over the line to see the reading at any point in time.

Step 4: Customise the graph

Use the options below the graph to adjust what you see:

  • Sensors - select one or more sensors to view. Note that threshold lines will disappear when viewing multiple sensors at once.
  • Period - choose a time window to view data for a specific date range.
  • Compare - select a second time window to compare against the first, for example this week vs last week.

Click "Update graph" to apply your changes.
