How do I use the Sensor Collection (previously HACCP) report feature?

Sensor Collection reports pull the readings taken from your sensors at specified intervals each day, then display them in a comprehensive chart. This guide will help you gain a better understanding of these reports and how to use them....

HACCP reports pull readings from your sensors at set times each day and display them in a heat map chart. You can also use this feature to schedule regular reports to be sent to stakeholders.

Step 1: Open HACCP Reports

Click "Reports" in the side menu, then select "HACCP Report".

Step 2: Configure your report

Under "Configure your report", set a date range by selecting a start and end date from the calendar and clicking "Apply". Then select the sensors you want to include — use "Select all", search by name, or scroll and pick individually. Finally, set your three time points by dragging the sliders to your desired hours and clicking "Done". The system will pull the nearest readings to these times. Click "Submit".

Step 3: Read the heat map

Your results will appear as a heat map broken down by sensor, day, and time. The colour of each cell shows the sensor's status at that time — use the Heat Map key in the top right to see what each colour means. Red indicates the sensor breached its minimum or maximum threshold at that point.

Step 4: Print or export your report

Use the three buttons in the top right of the chart to print or export. "Print" prints the report immediately, "Excel" downloads it as a spreadsheet, and "CSV" downloads it as a CSV file.

Step 5: Schedule automated reports

To set up regular email reports, click "Configure" in the top right corner.

Step 6: Set your report times and recipients

In the configuration window, set the three time points you want included in the scheduled reports. You can use the defaults from the main report page or adjust them here using the arrows, then click "Save times".

To add a recipient, click "Select User", choose a user from the list, set how often they should receive the report using the frequency dropdown, then click the blue + button to add them. Repeat this process for any additional recipients.

To remove a recipient, click the bin icon next to their name. To temporarily pause reports for a user, click the empty square icon next to them - click the play icon to resume. Your changes save automatically when you close the configuration window.
