Here is the guide to how to log in to Live by Invisible Systems

If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it yourself in a few steps.

Step 1: Go to the login page

Go to the Live portal and click "Forgot password?" underneath the password box.

Step 2: Request a reset link

Enter your username and email address, then click "Request Password Reset". If we recognise your details, a password reset link will be sent to your inbox. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Step 3: Click the link in the email

Open the email and click the "Reset Password" button, or copy and paste the link into your browser.

Step 4: Set your new password

Enter your new password and click "Change Password". You can now log in with your new password.

Note: the reset link expires after 7 days. If it has expired, simply repeat the steps above to request a new one.

New users

If you're logging in for the first time, you'll receive the same password reset email when your account is created. Follow steps 3 and 4 to set your password and log in.
