Managing Recipient Groups

A step-by-step guide on how to create and manage recipient groups for notifications in Invisible Hub.

 

Step 1
Navigate to Recipient Groups by selecting 'Organisation' from the left hand navigation menu and then choosing 'Recipient Groups'.

Step 2
Create a new recipient group by clicking 'Create'.

Step 3
Fill in the group details by entering a name and description, and selecting how you want the group to receive notifications by ticking either Email or SMS under Channels.

Step 4
Add recipients by searching for organisation members or typing in an email address directly and pressing Enter or comma to add them.

Step 5
Finalise the group by clicking 'Create Group'.

Tip: To edit a recipient group at any time, click the three dots on the group row to open the action menu, then click 'Edit' to modify the group settings and save your changes.
