How to Monitor Legionella Compliance
Invisible Hub gives you a centralised view of your Legionella compliance across all of your locations, making it easy to spot issues and take action before they become a problem.
From the 'Monitor Compliance' quicklink on your home page, you can access the Legionella Heatmap, which gives you a high level compliance summary across all of your locations at a glance. If you manage multiple locations, you'll see each one listed with a daily or weekly compliance status. Green means everything passed, red means one or more properties failed. If you only have access to one location, the view will automatically filter to show that location only.
Clicking into a location takes you to a more detailed view of the individual assets being monitored, showing you the specific properties being tracked such as temperature, humidity and CO2. From there, you can drill into any individual asset to see a full overview and access live readings data.
When it comes to reporting, Hub gives you two options. A Weekly Notification gives you a regular check on the status of your assets, while a Monthly Report gives you a broader view of where compliance or non-compliance has occurred across the month. Recipients receive an email with a CSV attachment to download the data, designed to help you stay ahead and take preventative action.
You can manage who receives reports using Recipient Groups, and download previous reports at any time from the Report History section. To set up new automated reports, simply click 'Add Schedule'.
