Raising Support Tickets

 

 

How to Raise a Support Ticket

Step 1
Access the Help Centre Click the ? icon in the top navigation bar.

Step 2
Raise a Ticket Click Raise a Support Ticket in the top right corner of the Help Centre.

Step 3
Fill in the Ticket Form Complete the following fields:

  • How can we help you? – Select a category (e.g. User Support)
  • Can you narrow it down for us? – Select a subcategory (e.g. Log-in Issue, Calibration, Dashboard Setup)
  • System or Site Name – Enter the relevant system or site name
  • Description – Describe the issue in as much detail as possible
  • Attachments (optional) – Upload any screenshots, photos or files

Step 4
Fill in Contact Details

  • Organisation Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Anything else we should know? (optional notes)

Step 5
Submit Click Submit to send your ticket. Someone from our team will be in touch shortly!
